What typically fits
A 40×40 at a major show can see hundreds of visitors an hour. We plan traffic like an architect would: clear entries on each aisle, wide paths between zones, and a reason to walk all the way through.
Most clients at this size want a presentation area with seating and an LED wall, an enclosed conference room, a hospitality bar and several product zones.
Many halls allow island booths of this size to build to 20 feet or more, and most add a large hanging sign or a double-deck. Either one makes you visible from across the hall, which is what a 40×40 is for.
Tall structures, double-decks and large rigged signs need structural drawings and hall approval. We prepare those as part of the project and submit them before the show’s deadline.
