30×30 tradeshow booths

A 30×30 island is 900 square feet. It’s a flagship footprint, big enough for a double-deck, two meeting rooms and a hospitality bar without feeling cramped.

What typically fits

  • Double-deck option
  • 2 meeting rooms
  • Hospitality bar

Going up

At 30×30, a double-deck starts to make sense. The upper level becomes your private meeting space, and the ground floor stays open for traffic. You add square footage without paying for more floor space.

Double-decks need engineered drawings, a permit from the hall, and an exhibitor manual review for height and fire rules. We handle the drawings and paperwork.

Typical program

Two enclosed meeting rooms, a hospitality bar, a demo zone with an LED wall, product display and a large hanging sign. Storage goes inside the core or under the stairs.

Budget reality

At this size, show services cost about as much as the build itself: labor, rigging, electrical and freight. We quote every line so you can decide where to spend and where to save.
